Industrial Relations / Employee Relations Specialist
is seeking an Industrial Relations / Employee Relations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring harmonious employee relations and compliance with labor regulations within our dynamic organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day employee cases, including conducting investigations and monitoring violations of company regulations. They will ensure the implementation of employee relations policies, particularly in consequence management, and oversee the review and submission of company regulations to the Ministry of Manpower. Additionally, the role involves advising on the implementation of policies related to company regulations, discipline, and the code of ethics, as well as supporting the HR department in policy implementation and staying updated on labor laws and legislation.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Employee and Industrial Relations. A strong knowledge of labor law and current government regulations is essential. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
