is seeking an Industrial Relation/Employee Relation Senior Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws within our organization.

The primary responsibilities include handling employee violation cases through investigation, documentation, and, when necessary, escalation to authorities. The analyst will prepare and administer disciplinary documents such as warning letters and termination notices. Additionally, maintaining good relations and coordination with external parties, including Disnaker, Immigration, and Legal Counsel, is essential. The role also involves assisting in legal documentation and compliance related to industrial relations, providing input on IR issues and labor law compliance to support strategic HR decisions, and monitoring and advising on the enforcement of company regulations, labor laws, and ethics policies.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Legal HR. A licensed advocate with an active advocate card from PERADI or another recognized organization is required. Experience in coordinating with government institutions, excellent knowledge of labor law, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a liaison between employees, management, and external parties are also necessary.
