Incentives – Senior Associate
Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Associate to join its London Incentives team. This team is recognized as a market leader, ranked 'Tier 1' in legal directories both in the UK and globally. In this role, the Senior Associate will be responsible for designing, drafting, and implementing various discretionary and all-employee incentive plans. The position involves managing legal, regulatory, and tax advice on global incentive plans and remuneration arrangements. Additionally, the role includes advising on remuneration governance, design, reporting, and addressing remuneration aspects of public and private M&A, IPOs, capital raisings, and other corporate transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and substantial post-qualification experience within a recognized Incentives practice in a law firm, accountancy firm, consultancy firm, or in-house. Key attributes include enthusiasm, commercial acumen, and a commitment to contributing to the team's development.
