In-house Photographer
FeverUp is seeking a talented In-House Photographer to join our Madrid Creative Production team. This role involves capturing high-impact photography across live experiences, activations, and studio shoots, contributing to the visual storytelling of our diverse events. The photographer will work closely with the Creative and Production teams to ensure that every frame aligns with our brand's visual direction and performance needs.
Key responsibilities include shooting confidently in dynamic and low-light environments, creating social-native, lifestyle-driven content, and managing the full workflow from capture to final delivery. The role also involves contributing to the development of our internal production studio and occasionally traveling within Europe for key productions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of professional photography experience, a strong portfolio showcasing event, live shows, experiential, or lifestyle work, and proficiency in editing software such as Lightroom, Capture One, Photoshop, and Bridge. Comfort with studio environments, controlled lighting setups, and professional equipment is essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, quality-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
