Tebra is seeking an Implementation Specialist to oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of their practices with Tebra's comprehensive healthcare platform. This remote role involves guiding clients through a structured onboarding journey, fostering strong relationships, and setting clear expectations from the outset. The Implementation Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact during the initial stages of the customer lifecycle, playing a pivotal role in their long-term success with Tebra.

In this capacity, the Implementation Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, leading a series of milestone calls over a 60-day period. Responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, setting up the platform according to client needs, and ensuring the adoption of key product features. The role also involves providing hands-on training, addressing any concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to leverage resources effectively, all while maintaining clear and timely communication with clients.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in software solution implementations, preferably within SaaS environments. Strong analytical skills, a background in project management or coordination, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role requires proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and multitasking, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.15 to $27.89 per hour, commensurate with experience.
