As an Implementation Manager in the Customer Success team at Checkr, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration of Checkr's background check solutions into their existing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from initial planning and configuration to go-live and post-launch support. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements, configuring Checkr's platform to meet those needs, providing training and resources to client teams, and ensuring timely and successful deployment of our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in SaaS implementations. Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Familiarity with HR technologies and background check processes is a plus.
