Implementation Consultant
The Implementation Consultant at Storable is responsible for successfully onboarding new customers by managing the setup program, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Additionally, the role involves identifying potential risks during setup and developing mitigation strategies to address them.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and mitigate risks. A customer-focused work ethic with demonstrated experience in customer service is essential. The role requires the ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers, strong technical acumen, in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
