Immigration Specialist
BrainRocket is seeking an Immigration Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company delivering end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. This role is integral to supporting our diverse and growing workforce by managing immigration processes and ensuring compliance with Polish regulations.
The Immigration Specialist will be responsible for conducting onboarding processes for new hires, managing legalization procedures related to the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland, and representing clients before administrative authorities such as Voivodeship Offices, Labour Offices, and the Office for Foreigners. Additional duties include preparing applications for temporary residence and work permits, drafting and compiling necessary documentation for administrative proceedings, coordinating and archiving document flow, and overseeing the preparation and execution of employment contracts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent command of English and Polish (minimum level B2), proven experience in HR administration or operations within the Polish market, preferably in an international environment, and familiarity with HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity are essential. Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, along with strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude, are also required.
