Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality curated data that captures visual nuances, thereby enhancing Grok's understanding of composition, lighting, color, and style. Collaboration with technical staff to develop tasks that improve Grok's ability to interpret and generate visual narratives effectively is also a key aspect of the position.
Candidates must possess a portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual work, such as photography, digital art, illustration, or graphic design. Strong skills in composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling are essential. Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools like Grok Imagine, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flux, or Stable Diffusion is required. Additionally, the ability to critically analyze and articulate what makes an image successful or unsuccessful, along with strong communication and analytical skills, is necessary.
Compensation for U.S.-based candidates ranges from $45 to $75 per hour, depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.
