Role Summary 

As our IFRS Lead, you will make Mistral AI IFRS-native by owning our transition from French GAAP to IFRS, shaping the financial backbone of one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI scale-ups.

Reporting to the Accounting Director, you will build our consolidation framework from the ground up, develop scalable IFRS policies, and turn compliance into a strategic advantage for our global expansion.
