To support our growth in Spain, we’re looking for a Strategic Customer Consultant to lead new customer implementations and set them up for long-term success.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Your goal is to ensure every new customer starts their SoSafe journey with momentum and clarity. You own the transition from "signed contract" to "active security program", defining the strategy that makes our platform indispensable.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless, high-touch experience. Your focus is clear: ensuring our customers don't just adopt a tool, but successfully launch a movement.

- Lead end-to-end project planning, establishing clear timelines and ensuring stakeholder alignment to guarantee a seamless transition for new customers.

- Facilitate kickoff workshops and design tailored rollout strategies based on the specific maturity levels and organizational needs of the customer.

- Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers on how to scale security awareness programs through active change management, enablement, and targeted training.

- Partner with C-Level executives (primarily CISOs), HR, IT, and Communications teams to drive platform adoption and secure long-term executive sponsorship.

- Cultivate internal champion networks and support communication planning to embed security culture deep within the customer’s organization.
