The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, managing PTO tracking, supporting recruitment and hiring processes, and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the legal team to ensure a seamless client experience and enhancing the company's online reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of proven HR management experience in a legal or similar professional setting. Familiarity with HR laws and regulations in Arizona is essential. The candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in HR management tools, docketing software, CRMs, and Google Sheets is also required.
