HRBP Manager, Hong Kong

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role provides hands-on support for employee lifecycle matters and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a retail or lifestyle brand environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, fluency in both English and Cantonese, and an ability to manage complex employee relations issues. Proven expertise in HR best practices, local employment laws, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential.
