Pariveda is seeking a HR Operations Compliance Lead to join our Care & Support Operations & Compliance team in our Dallas office. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day HR operations and compliance programs while partnering with Legal, Care & Support leadership, and stakeholders across the firm. You’ll combine strong program and project management with a people-first mindset to interpret evolving requirements, reduce risk, improve HR processes, and deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience.
