BrainRocket is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be a key driver of our people operations, blending recruitment support with a passionate focus on onboarding and employee engagement. As an HR Coordinator, you will manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and conducting engaging orientation sessions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating pre-employment logistics, such as paperwork and IT setup, and ensuring new hires have all necessary resources. You will also support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews for internal and external candidates and maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, you will plan, organize, and execute company events, ranging from team-building activities and holiday celebrations to recognition programs.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in an HR or Recruitment Coordination role within a fast-paced or international environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and previous experience with ATS or HR software are essential. You should have a proven ability to manage multiple projects, from high-volume interview scheduling to large-scale event planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reporting. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the employee journey is also important. Completion of HR or recruiting-specific courses is considered a strong advantage.

There is an opportunity to develop language skills, with partial compensation for the cost of English and Portuguese language classes. Employees are entitled to 24 non-business days per year and an additional six paid sick days. Transport compensation of 200 euros net per month is provided, along with a competitive remuneration level with an annual review and team-building activities.
