HR Business Partner
Teramind is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our globally distributed team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with managers and leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, implement talent programs, and manage day-to-day HR operations. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Teramind's people function as we continue to grow.
Key responsibilities include partnering with managers and business unit leaders to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting with headcount planning. You will also manage employee relations matters, serve as a resource for employees navigating workplace concerns, and support the rollout of core people programs such as onboarding and engagement surveys.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including time in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisor role. Experience in high-growth, technology, or SaaS environments is preferred. A working knowledge of US employment law, comfort using people data to inform decisions, and strong communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
