HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

Eurofins Umwelt Deutschland is seeking an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) to join their team in Tübingen. This role involves close collaboration with leadership to drive organizational change and align HR processes with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes, participating in nationwide HR projects, and managing individual sub-projects. The HR Business Partner will provide professional and service-oriented advice on all personnel management issues, including labor law, employee retention, and development. Additionally, the role involves fostering proactive communication between HR, management, and employees, as well as facilitating conflict resolution processes, including mediation.

Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with initial experience as an HR Business Partner. A solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, development, and labor law is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all hierarchical levels, combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality, are crucial. Fluency in German and a willingness to travel within southern Germany are also required.
