HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

As an HR Business Partner at Eurofins Umwelt Deutschland, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team, collaborating closely with management to drive organizational change and align HR initiatives with business objectives. Eurofins is a global leader in environmental analysis, offering comprehensive chemical and microbiological testing services to ensure a safer and healthier environment.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, participate in nationwide HR projects, and manage your own sub-projects. You will provide professional and service-oriented consultation on all aspects of personnel management, including labor law, employee retention, and development. Additionally, you will foster proactive communication and collaboration between HR, management, and employees, and facilitate conflict resolution processes, including mediation.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with initial experience as an HR Business Partner. You should possess solid knowledge of HR processes, workforce planning, development, and labor law. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all hierarchical levels, combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on mentality, are essential. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel within southern Germany are also required.
