HR Business Partner

Harbor is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. The HRBP will serve as a relationship manager with Harbor employees, managers, and leaders, providing holistic HR support to specific business units. This role requires a deep understanding of business priorities to influence employee engagement and performance effectively. A data-driven approach will be essential to help leaders navigate concerns, improve performance, enhance retention, and foster a positive employee experience. The position reports to the Vice President of Talent and is based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement.
