Doctolib is seeking a People Automation & AI Program Manager to join its People Strategy team, which oversees the People roadmap and enhances the efficiency and performance of all People function teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Development, and People Engagement. In this role, you will develop and manage a portfolio of automation and AI initiatives across the People function, ensuring that use cases are prioritized, governed, adopted, and deployed effectively. You will collaborate directly with the People Systems, IT, and Data teams and report to the People Strategy Senior Manager under the Chief People Officer's direction.

Your primary responsibilities will include redesigning processes to accelerate continuous improvement through automation. This involves designing, developing, and deploying bots, AI-based workflows, and automation tools that address real operational challenges within HR processes. You will manage these solutions end-to-end, from scoping and prototyping to testing, launch, and iteration, defining success metrics, and continuously improving solutions based on usage data and feedback.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles combining program management, transformation, or operational excellence, with significant experience in a fast-growing B2B or B2C SaaS environment. A strong understanding of HR process design and the ability to manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders are essential. Proven experience in implementing automation solutions, including workflows, RPA, bots, AI, and tool integrations, is required, along with the ability to develop governance frameworks, documentation standards, and adoption mechanisms. Autonomy, a challenge-the-status-quo mindset, and the ability to advocate for your ideas with an entrepreneurial spirit are also important.
