HR Associate

Anaqua is seeking an HR Associate to support its India-based workforce and collaborate closely with the global HR team. Reporting to the Senior HR Regional Director in the U.S., this role serves as the primary HR contact for employees in India, managing tasks such as statutory compliance, HRIS data management, onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records maintenance, policy inquiries, recruitment coordination, engagement initiatives, internal audits, and regional HR projects. The position offers an opportunity to work across time zones within a small, cohesive regional HR function, providing significant involvement in process management and visibility into cross-regional reporting and projects.
