HR Adviseur
As an HR Adviseur at Eurofins, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager within a dynamic organization that values trust, flexibility, and personal responsibility. This position offers a balanced mix of operational HR administration and engagement in strategic HR projects, providing a comprehensive experience in human resources management.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing HR administration related to employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, internal transitions, and offboarding. You will be responsible for drafting contracts and correspondence, maintaining personnel files, processing HR changes in the AFAS system, and overseeing performance evaluation cycles. Additionally, you will support absence management, liaise with external partners like occupational health services and payroll administration, and prepare analytical reports on various HR metrics. Contributing to the development and enhancement of HR structures, such as the Works Council, and identifying improvements in HR processes and systems will also be key aspects of your role. Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers, you will provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and possesses at least two years of relevant experience as an HR advisor. Proficiency in handling legal cases and applying pertinent laws and regulations is essential. Experience in managing absence cases, including adherence to the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act, is required. The ability to independently organize and manage projects from initiation to completion is crucial. Familiarity with the AFAS HR system is advantageous. A proactive attitude, capability to work autonomously, and comfort in a flexible work environment with significant personal responsibility are important traits. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, and a good command of English, both spoken and written, is preferred.
