(HQ) Legal Specialist/Supervisor

Morrison Express is seeking a Legal Specialist/Supervisor to join our headquarters team. The Legal Specialist/Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and supporting the company's legal needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters related to corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Your day-to-day activities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal risks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external legal counsel and assist in developing company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly are essential. Experience in managing legal teams and a solid understanding of international trade laws will be advantageous.
