Higher Education Account Executive
As a Higher Education Account Executive at Canva, you will be responsible for managing the entire university lifecycle within the LATAM territory, focusing on strategy, execution, and results for a portfolio of institutions. This role involves close collaboration with administrators, faculty, and students to facilitate the adoption and scaling of Canva's platform across campuses. You will work alongside Customer Success Managers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term engagement, positioning Canva as a trusted partner in the education sector.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans for identified universities, fostering relationships with university staff and professors, and supporting the deployment of Canva across various departments. You will utilize data analysis to identify trends and inform product and marketing strategies, aiming to drive retention and engagement through continuous testing and iteration of lifecycle strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the higher education market, with the ability to communicate effectively with instructional technology specialists and professors about enhancing student learning outcomes through design and collaboration. Fluency in Spanish is required, and proficiency in Portuguese is considered a plus. A strong background in selling educational software solutions, excellent collaboration skills, and experience in implementing new technologies within educational institutions are essential.
