Healthcare Compliance Senior Specialist
Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Senior Specialist to join our Compliance Team in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role is integral to developing and maintaining compliance programs, supporting healthcare-related activities across our European direct and international markets. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities include supporting healthcare compliance efforts in European and international markets, conducting compliance reviews of healthcare-related activities, and developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and forms to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will deliver face-to-face compliance training to colleagues and perform compliance monitoring activities.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant academic degree and possesses at least 7-10 years of experience in a compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry, with international exposure and experience managing healthcare professional-related activities. Strong cultural understanding, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements under pressure are essential. Professional maturity, impeccable ethics, integrity, and proficiency in English are also required.
