The opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role within Customer Operations, accountable for the end‑to‑end tax and corporate actions function across a complex, fast‑growing and highly regulated financial services environment.

About the role

As Head of Tax & Corporate Actions, you’ll provide strategic leadership and oversight across all tax and corporate actions outcomes, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance at scale. You’ll lead high‑performing teams, partner closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Finance and Legal, and play a key role in shaping operating models, system capability and automation as the business continues to grow.

This role is responsible for outcomes across:

- Corporate action event processing

- Capital gains tax (CGT) integrity

- Income and capital transaction integrity

- Tax reporting and year‑end delivery

- Managed fund rebate agreements

- Regulatory and legislative compliance
