The Head of Sponsored Content at FeverUp leads the Secret Media Network's business generation efforts, driving global partnerships through strategic, creative, and data-driven approaches. This role connects creative strategy, content distribution, and commercial performance to deliver measurable business outcomes. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, and reports directly to the Vice President of Media.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to increase revenue from branded content, events, and sponsorships. The role involves identifying new monetization opportunities, such as paid partnerships and brand integrations, and collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to create packages that maximize yield per asset or campaign. Additionally, the Head of Sponsored Content is tasked with redesigning workflows and processes to align creative output with revenue objectives, introducing best practices for content conversion, and coaching regional teams to adopt a "content-as-a-business" mindset.
The ideal candidate possesses at least seven years of experience in branded content, creative strategy, digital media, or related fields, with a minimum of three years in team leadership roles. Proficiency in English is required, and additional languages are considered a plus. The role demands a strong commercial and strategic mindset, expertise in digital platforms and social media ecosystems, hands-on experience with partnerships, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to rethink workflows and processes, are essential.
