About The Role
EliseAI is seeking a Head of Sales Productivity to architect and scale our enablement function as we enter our next phase of hypergrowth. You'll build the team, design the strategy, and deploy the AI-powered systems that transform how our Sales and CS organizations perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and lead a world-class enablement organization that accelerates revenue growth and scales with the business
- Own the end-to-end enablement strategy across Sales and CS; from new hire onboarding to ongoing skill development, product launches, and competitive plays
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives including headcount planning, performance systems, and go-to-market alignment
- Diagnose root-cause performance gaps using conversation intelligence and field insights, then architect scalable interventions that drive measurable behavior change
