Head of Sales Enablement

Submittable is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales Enablement to lead the development and scaling of programs, tools, and culture that empower our sales organization to perform at its best. This role involves close collaboration with executive and leadership stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to design onboarding, training, messaging, and coaching programs that shorten ramp time, drive quota attainment, and reinforce a culture of accountability across the revenue organization.
