This role reports directly to the Senior Director of ABM and Field Marketing and focuses on enhancing customer retention, driving account growth, and ensuring clients fully realize the value Superside offers. In this position, the Head of Retention Marketing will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that consistently reinforce the value Superside delivers to its clients. This includes developing touchpoints and content that encourage account usage and create favorable conditions for renewal. The role also involves identifying customers at risk of churn through data analysis and initiating proactive re-engagement strategies. Additionally, the Head of Retention Marketing will collaborate with the ABM team to establish a Customer Advocacy Board and work with Product Marketing to drive customer reviews and participation in marketing activities.

Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in subscription or retention marketing, with experience in driving renewal rates, reducing churn, and fostering subscription growth. A strong background in developing and executing customer lifecycle programs, including segmentation, journey mapping, and A/B testing, is essential. Experience in creating enablement materials for account management teams and a data-driven approach to identifying and addressing customer risk patterns are also crucial. The role requires a commercially minded individual who can build infrastructure from the ground up and is prepared to transition from an individual contributor to a leadership position within 12–24 months.
