The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Product at Neo, You’ll drive both the consumer experience and the risk, underwriting, and servicing infrastructure that supports responsible, scalable credit across millions of Canadians. This is a senior leadership role: you'll own the product strategy, the roadmap, the outcomes and the development of the product team delivering it.

This role is about setting a bold vision, building what doesn't yet exist, and scaling what does. You’ll lead a division of PMs and work alongside senior engineering, design, data, and operations leaders to solve complex problems with clarity and urgency. You’ll be accountable for both the product and the people: hiring, mentoring, coaching, and shaping the next generation of product leaders at Neo.
