Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day finance operations related to accounts receivable and revenue, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, SOX, and internal policies. The role involves defining and executing global or regional accounts receivable strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing cash flow, and managing risk. Additionally, the position requires driving standardization, automation, and optimization of invoicing and overdue receivables management, as well as leading finance transformation initiatives and projects.
Candidates should possess a Master's degree in a business field or hold CPA/CFA or related certifications; however, Bachelor's degree holders with a strong execution track record are also considered. A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in finance operations, including accounts payable or receivable functions, FP&A, and managerial experience, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, excellent communication abilities, and leadership and team management skills are essential. Experience in driving and implementing process improvements and familiarity with financial and accounting management and internal controls are also important.
