As our Head of Partnerships (m/f/d), you will be the architect of our partner ecosystem. You won’t just manage a team of four Partner Managers (DACH, UKI, International) - you will be the driving force behind the optimization and scaling of our indirect sales channels. Your mission is to generate predictable revenue growth through strategic alliances with GSIs, MSSPs, and Resellers, and to establish SoSafe as the standard solution in the portfolios of leading cybersecurity consultancies.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR SUCCESS:
- Lead & Enable: You will lead, mentor, and empower a European team of Partner Managers, fostering "Channel Excellence" and the continuous development of their sales and account management skills.
- Ecosystem Optimization: You have a sharp eye for ROI, prioritizing initiatives that move the needle on ARR and retention while phasing out low-impact activities to keep the team f

- Strategic Alliances: Together with your team, you will drive the acquisition and onboarding of top-tier strategic partners (GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, and specialized security consultancies).
- Executive Relationships: You will support your team in building and maintaining trusted, resilient C-level relationships with our partners.
