The Head of Operations at FeverUp is a pivotal role within the Operations team, responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the company's diverse products and services across multiple countries. The Operations team focuses on enhancing efficiency and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include leading a team vertical by defining strategy, refining key performance indicators (KPIs), managing a multidisciplinary team, and overseeing execution. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior management across all teams and locations, working cross-functionally to launch and scale complex projects, and ensuring the scalability of initiatives. Additionally, the Head of Operations is tasked with providing coaching and feedback to team members, analyzing business opportunities and processes, and implementing solutions to improve performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
The ideal candidate possesses a background in project management, startups, or consulting, with at least seven years of experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience managing large teams. A solution-focused mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to influence and persuade all levels of staff are essential. This position is not suited for individuals with an event production background.
