Head of Marketing
Crisp Recruit, a high-growth personal injury law firm based in McAllen, TX, is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize their marketing execution infrastructure. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is pivotal in transforming complex marketing operations into streamlined, effective systems that drive revenue growth.
The Head of Marketing Operations will be responsible for designing and enforcing the marketing operating system, standardizing workflows, and implementing performance scorecards across various marketing channels, including digital performance media, social content, traditional media, and brand development. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely campaign launches, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and aligning marketing execution with pipeline and signed-case growth.
Candidates should have over eight years of experience in marketing operations or integrated marketing leadership within high-growth environments, preferably with revenues exceeding $50 million. Experience managing multi-channel teams of eight or more contributors, building and enforcing operational systems at scale, and a deep understanding of marketing KPIs across digital and traditional media are essential. Financial literacy, including knowledge of pipeline management, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and revenue impact, is also required.
The compensation package includes an executive-level base salary ranging from $210,000 to $240,000, with a performance bonus of 20-30%. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.
