Head of Market Intelligence
The Head of Market Intelligence at CoreWeave leads a pivotal function within the company, operating at the intersection of technical infrastructure, product development, data center expansion, and the global supply chain. This role is instrumental in providing forward-looking insights on markets, competitors, suppliers, customers, and macroeconomic forces to inform CoreWeave's infrastructure investments, product roadmaps, and supply chain strategies across GPUs, networking, power, cooling, and site development.
In this position, you will be responsible for translating complex market, competitor, and supplier data into actionable intelligence. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing intelligence-driven strategies that enhance time-to-market, reduce infrastructure costs, and secure access to critical materials. Collaboration with executives, product leaders, and supply chain teams is essential to align infrastructure investments with evolving customer workloads and the broader AI and cloud landscape. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will shape long-term strategy through rigorous analysis and modeling.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and leading Market Intelligence or strategic analytics teams within AI, hyperscale cloud, or high-growth technology environments. A proven track record of delivering measurable value and cost savings across large-scale infrastructure supply chains is essential. Deep experience in conducting competitive intelligence across neocloud and hyperscale cloud providers, including data center and supply chain strategies, is required. Strong expertise in supplier ecosystem analysis, encompassing supplier financial health, capacity, pricing, lead times, and technology roadmaps, is also necessary. Additionally, experience in analyzing regulatory, public policy, utility, and geopolitical factors impacting global infrastructure supply chains and data center operations is important. Advanced capabilities in strategic analytics and modeling, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and commodity procurement models, are expected. The ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations is crucial. A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Operations Research, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is required.
The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to $237,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
