The Head of Legal will establish a modern, speed-oriented, and commercially aligned legal operating model centered around an AI-first strategy, embedding AI directly into daily legal operations to streamline research and contract review, uncover key insights and risks, capture institutional knowledge, automate routine tasks, and maximize the impact of a lean team.
