Head of Integrated Production
As the Head of Integrated Production at Monks, you will lead the evolution of our production function, ensuring that every project—from large-scale digital platforms and global experiential activations to brand launch campaigns and social assets—meets our uncompromising standards of excellence. This role is pivotal in integrating AI-first workflows and complex tech stacks into our pipeline to drive efficiency without sacrificing creativity. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, you will serve as a strategic partner, navigating the commercial and operational realities of one of the world's largest tech brands.
Your key responsibilities will include pioneering new workflows by integrating Monks.Flow and proprietary AI tools into daily operations, blending the speed of machines with human talent. You will oversee a diverse range of outputs with a heavy emphasis on digital, including complex web builds, experiential activations, high-end animation, and scaled digital content production. Managing a globally distributed internal team and partnering with the broader Monks Content Studio, you will ensure seamless execution across all formats. Additionally, you will serve as a key partner for both the team and the client, providing strategic guidance, support, and leadership while contributing to growth initiatives and pitch efforts.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on production experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams. Heavy digital, content, and experiential production experience is essential. You should possess a strong grasp of production finance, legal contracting, and global resource management. AI fluency is crucial; you should not only be knowledgeable about AI but also actively use it, with a vision for how generative AI changes the economics and creativity of production. Deep experience across live action, experiential, and digital is required, along with the ability to discuss set design for an event one minute and render pipelines for a digital demo the next.
