Head of Infrastructure (Hybrid & Cloud)

BrainRocket is seeking a Head of Infrastructure to lead the strategy and execution of our hybrid infrastructure, encompassing both physical data centers and managed cloud services. This role is ideal for a leader who can bridge technical complexity with business objectives, ensuring our Linux-based ecosystem and Kubernetes clusters are reliable, scalable, and fully automated.

Key responsibilities include developing a vision for a hybrid environment that balances on-premises performance with cloud agility, guiding the design of robust and scalable solutions, and building a high-performing team of DevOps and SRE engineers. The role also involves driving automation across all infrastructure layers, managing hardware and data center relationships, and ensuring compliance with modern security standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Linux internals, strong grasp of networking principles, and experience managing environments in AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture, modern tooling such as CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible is essential. Proven experience in leading technical teams, strategic thinking, and a process-driven approach are also key competencies.
