Head of Growth Operations
The Head of Growth Operations at FeverUp is a pivotal role within the Secret Media Network (SMN), a digital entertainment and media group dedicated to curating and recommending cultural and entertainment experiences across various cities worldwide. This position is integral to FeverUp's mission of democratizing access to culture and live entertainment by enhancing operational efficiency and scalability within SMN.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational workflows to identify and address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. The role involves standardizing processes to ensure consistency across regions such as North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM. Additionally, the Head of Growth Operations will identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems, collaborating with Tech and Data teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity and execution speed.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics and possesses over five years of experience in strategy or operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management within large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations. Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation is essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and defining KPIs to measure performance. A hands-on mindset, experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable, familiarity with AI tools, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
