Head of Growth
FeverUp is seeking a Head of Growth to lead and develop a business line with full responsibility, driving the company's global expansion and enhancing overall performance. This role involves defining and implementing new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and establishing high-impact, end-to-end solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse teams across more than 40 countries, working closely with top management and founders to achieve FeverUp's mission.
Key responsibilities include owning and building a business line, defining and establishing new growth strategies, implementing impactful projects, and collaborating with teams across various markets and departments. The role also involves reporting directly to the global growth director and working closely with top management and founders.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business-related roles, with a proven track record of building trust and effectively leading teams or key projects. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy is required. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and advanced English proficiency are essential. Additional languages are a plus.
