Head of Finance M&A strategic projects

 
 
Our finance team is looking for an experienced colleague to tackle the finances behind our business development initiatives and investments.
 
The role implies:
·       Regular support for key Company projects, incl. buy-side and sell-side M&A activities, legal entity carve-outs, new product/technology launches, and strategic partnerships.
·       Delivering insights for CFO and CEO decision making
·       Development and performance analysis of strategic projects.
·       Supervising project calculations, estimating the project’s relevance to the Company’s investment strategy
·       Financial modeling, valuation analyses, tax structuring, financing structuring
·       Day-to-day project management and execution support, incl the coordination of information flows and cooperation with both internal and external project teams (HQ, strategic consultants, and investment companies)
 
Requirements:
·       Master’s degree in finance;
·       5+ years of experience (preferably within Telco, Big Four, Investment sectors) and deep knowledge in financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans and other investment documents;
·       Practical experience in preparing presentation materials for the company’s management and HQ;
·       Advanced\fluent English;
·       Experienced in negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal users and HQ representatives.
