Head of Digital Marketing
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to establish and lead our Digital Marketing Studio. This pivotal role involves overseeing all digital channels, including paid acquisition, website management, SEO strategies, email campaigns, marketing operations, and analytics. The successful candidate will build a central studio that collaborates with field marketing, product marketing, communications, and agency partners to execute regional and segment campaigns at scale.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the operating model, processes, service level agreements, and reporting structures for the Digital Studio. The role entails managing all digital channels, partnering closely with various teams to execute integrated campaigns, setting a strong experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses and fast tests, establishing trusted channel reporting for leadership, and hiring and managing a high-performing team to grow the function over time.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing within high-growth B2B or B2G companies, a proven track record of building teams and functions from the ground up, and the ability to be hands-on when necessary while stepping back to lead when appropriate. Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, modern CMSs, paid platforms, BI tools, and SEO is essential. A strong interest in AI-native tools and workflows, along with excellent hiring instincts and a high standard for team performance, is also required.
The compensation for this role ranges from $175,000 to $225,000 annually, plus benefits, equity (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
