The Head of Broker Dealer Compliance at DriveWealth will lead the broker-dealer compliance team, overseeing the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure adherence to FINRA and SEC regulations. The individual will oversee the broker-dealer compliance program functions, including the implementation of written supervisory procedures, transaction monitoring, AML compliance, training, and annual testing. Additionally, the role involves managing regulatory interactions, preparing submissions, and coordinating responses to inquiries from regulatory authorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and hold Series 7 and 24 licenses. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior compliance role within a financial services firm supporting an electronic broker-dealer is required. Strong understanding of regulatory and self-regulatory agency rules and regulations, particularly those of FINRA and the SEC, is essential. Familiarity with equities, options, fixed income, and mutual funds, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations as they apply to order routing, execution services, and electronic reporting, is also necessary.
