Head of Brand Partnerships Spain & Portugal
As the Head of Brand Partnerships for Spain & Portugal at Fever, you will lead the expansion of brand partnerships across the Iberian market. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Global Head of Brand Partnerships, you will collaborate with global teams to develop and execute scalable partnership opportunities, enhancing Fever's presence in the region.
Your primary responsibilities include securing high-value sponsorships and media partnerships with leading brands, establishing multi-year agreements for major events, and positioning Fever as the premier experiential-media platform in Iberia. You will build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across brands, agencies, and sponsorship consultancies, proactively negotiating partnerships that leverage Fever's media, experiential, and data capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in partnerships, media sales, sponsorship, or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of securing large-scale deals with top-tier brands and agencies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills are essential, along with experience leading commercial teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous but not essential.
