Eurofins Selcia Limited is seeking an experienced chromatography expert to join our Quality Control/Analytical team as a GxP HPLC Analyst. Eurofins Selcia is a contract research organization specializing in custom radiochemistry and isotope labeling services, delivering high-quality solutions to clients across Europe, North America, and Japan. The GxP HPLC Analyst will be responsible for developing and validating HPLC methods, including reverse phase and chiral techniques, to support the characterization and purity assessment of both non-GMP and GMP manufactured radio-labeled APIs. Key duties include troubleshooting instrumentation and methods, ensuring high-quality analytical results in line with client expectations, and effectively communicating progress and challenges to line managers, project teams, and customers. The analyst will also represent Analytical Support and Eurofins Selcia in project teams and customer meetings, plan and prioritize work with minimal supervision, solve complex scientific problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead out-of-specification investigations, and promote good scientific practices and process improvements in line with regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or a graduate degree with at least two years of experience working in a regulated laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines and a keen eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a strong customer-focused approach, are essential. The ability to coordinate within interdisciplinary teams is also important.
