GTM Systems Administrator/RevOps Administrator
Veriff is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient GTM Systems Engineer/RevOps Administrator to join our growing GTM Finance team in São Paulo. This role is pivotal in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the technology stack that supports our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and seamless end-to-end process support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GTM processes from lead generation to revenue recognition.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and application errors promptly. The role involves maintaining several critical GTM systems, from user onboarding to daily end-user support, performing routine system health checks, data cleansing, and optimization activities. Additionally, the candidate will design, develop, and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations within the GTM technology stack, focusing on building robust, scalable solutions that leverage low-code integration platforms to connect core systems.
The successful candidate must possess hands-on experience and expertise in GTM and financial technology areas, including 5+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role focusing on GTM technology stacks. Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, proven experience implementing or supporting CPQ & CLM solutions, and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms are essential. The candidate should have a strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality, accuracy, and system reliability, along with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
