GTM Enablement Specialist
CarOnSale is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Specialist to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a leading provider of process management software for the professional used car trade, our flagship product, AlphaController, streamlines all dealership operations from vehicle appraisal to sales. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales team by enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining sales materials such as presentations, case studies, and competitive analyses. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with in-depth product knowledge, effective sales strategies, and insights into market trends. Additionally, you will analyze sales processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, and several years of experience in GTM enablement, sales, or business development, preferably within the software industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with analytical thinking and proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Familiarity with the used car trade or process management software is advantageous. A proactive team player with a structured approach to work will thrive in this position.
