Growth Strategy Senior Analyst
Fever, a leading global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role is integral to the Growth team, which is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across various markets and ensuring optimal performance of events worldwide. The team employs a data-driven approach to fully understand and leverage Fever's business model, interacting with all company departments to drive growth in the desired direction.
The Growth Strategy Senior Analyst will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development. Responsibilities include managing a personal pipeline of projects within a business line, leading global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry, enhancing overall company performance across different business departments, and defining and establishing new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills. The role also involves designing end-to-end solutions with daily high impact, creating and managing new projects like new business streams and workflows, and collaborating with individuals and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences in an international atmosphere spanning up to 40 countries.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analytics role is required. A high level of English proficiency is essential, with Spanish being a plus. Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate is data-driven, capable of bringing numerical insights to strategic and business decisions, and can generate high business impact based on their decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary, with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases. Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python is preferred. A proactive problem-solver and opportunity-seeker mindset is highly valued.
