The Growth Strategy Manager will be responsible for defining and establishing new growth strategies to improve key business metrics. The role requires full ownership of decisions taken by the growth team within the assigned business line.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a proven track record of effectively leading teams or key projects. A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy is required. The ideal candidate is data-driven, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is a proactive problem-solver. Advanced proficiency in English is necessary, and fluency in Portuguese is essential.
